Total Length: 30 cm; Wingspan: 67 cm (Ref. 91362). Found in the open ocean (Ref. 356). Forms breeding colonies on oceanic islands. Does not commonly trail ships. During flight, hangs motionless over ocean. Feeds by surface-seizing and surface-plunging (Ref. 356).
