Depth range from Isles of Scilly record (Ref. 1442); to be replaced with a better reference. Epibenthic, encrusting (Ref. 116066). Found on Laminaria sp. holdfasts, Crisia sp., Cellaria sp., Amathia sp., gravel and rocks (Ref. 1442). This is a suspension feeder (Ref. 3477).
