Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 0 - 2 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found in fresh, brackish and marine supra- and intertidal areas, of bays and coves, coral reefs, coastal lagoons, mangroves, and estuaries. They are seen in ascidian, mud, sand, rock, seagrass and shell habitats (Ref. 83934).
