Distribution:  Southwest Atlantic: Brazil.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Supratidal to intertidal (Ref. 97531). Occurs in sandy habitats usually flooded by high tide. Found on mangrove edges, large bays, or at islands in open sea (Ref. 104843). Feeds on minute organisms and organic debris (Ref. 111634).
