Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 1 - 5 m
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: from Indonesia to Papua New Guinea; north to the Philippines and south to northern Queensland.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Near reefs, in shallow subtidal waters (Ref. 349).
