Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Papua New Guinea; Solomon Islands; Guam; Banda Islands; New Caledonia; Philippines; Indonesia; South China Sea; Fiji; Palau (Ref. 800).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabitant of the outer reef slope from a depth of 20 m and deeper (Ref. 800).
