Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Micronesia, eastern Melanesia and Philippines.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 799. Inhabits sand bottoms with broken corals and algae in relatively clear waters (Ref. 349).
