Distribution:	Atlantic Ocean: Gulf of Mexico to Caribbean Sea and Brazil.
Diagnosis:	Colonies are massive or sometimes occur as free-living mobile balls. Corallites are rounded and shallow, about 2.5-3.5 mm in diameter. Septa have curved upper margins and are granulated. Columellae consist of one or a few granules. Appears reddish-brown with pale walls.
Biology:	Zooxanthellate. On rocky pool and rocky reef in shallow waters (Ref. 121684).
