Environment:  sessile; brackish; marine; depth range 10 - 30 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific, Northeast Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in muddy bottoms along the sub-littoral zone (Ref. 96352). A filter-feeder (Ref. 96292); feeds on organic detritus (Ref. 96352).
