Diagnosis:  Culmen: 2.44 cm; tarsus: 3.12 cm; wing: 21.88 cm.
Biology:  Threats include man, cats, pigs, rats, dogs and competition for nesting burrows with diving petrels, prions, and black-winged petrels (Ref. 84934). Surface seizing (Ref. 356).
