Distribution:  Indo-Pacific, Atlantic, Arctic Oceans and the Mediterranean Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Commonly found at depths >70 m, in fine sediment (Ref. 96521) with high content of silt and clay (Ref. 124802). Discretely mobile. Tentaculate surface deposit feeder (Refs. 108299, 125872).
