Environment:  benthic; marine
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific, Northeast Atlantic, and the Mediterranean.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Species' maximum length from the Belgian part of the North Sea (Ref. 7882). Uncommon and in relatively small numbers, found along the coastal to open sea zones in the North Sea off Belgium, in a variety of sediment types (Ref. 7882). Motile suspension and surface deposit feeder (Ref. 125928).
