Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 850 - 2379 m
Distribution:  North Pacific: Known from the Pacific coast of Japan (Tokushima Prefecture) eastwards to Alaska and British Columbia, north to the Sea of Okhotsk and Bering Sea and south to Cortes Bank, California, USA. Subtropical to boreal.
