Max. size:  0.7 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic; brackish; marine; depth range 0 - 90 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific, Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Marine, planktonic; water temperatures up to 27.2°C (Ref. 1134). It has a preference for waters most distant to the coast and of higher temperature (Ref. 3528). Found in a mangrove vegetate area (Ref. 121475).
