Max. size:  6.5 cm DL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 0 - 101 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found subtidal and offshore, on coral reefs, cienaga facies and mangroves, particularly on rock, sand, and shell habitats (Ref. 83934). Also on offshore banks (Ref. 109264).
