Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 0 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Belize, Panama and Jamaica and North America.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Known from cienaga facies, coral reefs, mangroves, offshore areas, on sandy substrates (Ref. 83934). Found on rocky intertidal and hard substrates (Ref. 109264).
