Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan and Hong Kong.
Diagnosis:  Parapodia deeply indented, forming leaf-like lobes. Since they regenerate easily, the parapodia vary in size. Blunt papillae can be seen on the rhinophores, head, parapodia, and tail. Generally bright grass-green in color, having reddish brown stripes along the parapodial margins.
