| Biology: | Uncommon. Found on mangrove trees (Ref. 2925). Members of the family Littorinidae are herbivores, feeding on algae which they graze with a powerful radula (Ref. 349). Feeds on plant material, mainly cork cells, as well as fungal hyphae and spores (Ref. 108667). | |||
