Family:  Xanthidae (stone and mud crabs)
Max. size:  2.01 cm CW (male/unsexed); 3.86 cm CW (female)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 15 - 30 m
Distribution:  Western Pacific: Japan, south to Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found subtidal in coral reefs or near rocky coasts, from depths of 15 to 30 meters (Ref. 125642).
