Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 3 - 1600 m
Distribution:  Arctic, Northern Atlantic and Northwest Pacific: USA, Norway, Japan and Greenland. Temperate to polar.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Minimum depth based on Ref. 120471. Found at depths of 3 (Ref. 120471) to 1600 m (Ref. 7701). Found in coastal waters (Ref. 64386).
