Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 30 - 200 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It has a maximum total body length of 16 cm; and a carapace length of 6 cm; and an average carapace length of 4 to 5 cm (Ref. 4). Occurs at depths from 30 to 200 m and it prefers rocky or coral substrates (Ref. 4).
