Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 2 - 90 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea: Belize, France and Greece.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found near hydrothermal vents (Ref. 905). In Belize, it was found in a submarine cave near Columbus Cay (Ref. 87209).
