Max. size:  1.9 cm DL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 101 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean. Tropical to subtropical.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Intertidal to subtidal, in rock pools (Ref. 75840). In Belize, it was found in a submarine cave near Columbus Cay (Ref. 87209). In Hong Kong, found as single individuals in dead coral heads, protectively enclosed within a borehole. Secretes a matted, coarse, byssal net (Ref. 125512).
