Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 15 - 34 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Probably endemic to Chile.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found on rocky substrates at depths of 15 to 34 m. It can tolerate some sedimentation and the stolons are often covered with sediment. It is associated with Tethocyathus endesa (Ref. 87801).
