Max. size:  4 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 18 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific and Western Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Assumed maximum length from Ref. 844. Occurs in large aggregations during the day. Feeds on algae, Codium sp. (Ref. 844). Found on submergent vegetation (Ref. 109264).
