Max. size:  10 cm SHL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 45 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Collected in various localities of its wide range, for food and shell trade (Ref. 349). Offshore (Ref. 799), inhabiting underside of coral slabs and stones (Ref. 349). Most cypraeids are herbivores (Ref. 113307).
