Distribution:  Southeast Pacific and Antarctic: Kerguelen and Chile. Subtropical to polar.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found in shallow waters at depths of 16 to 76 m, on hard and biogenic substrates such as dead gorgonians, mytilids, chitons and around the opening of Magellania venosa (Ref. 87801).
