Max. size:  3.43 cm CW (male/unsexed); 2.075 cm CL (female)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range - 439 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: from the east coast of India; to Japan, south to Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Predominantly found in inner bays, living on sandy bottoms from the intertidal to a depth of 439 m (Ref. 118320). Also found in silt-clay sediments (Ref. 118321) and among seagrass in shallow waters (Ref. 125642).
