Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 30 - 30 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: New Caledonia and Philippines.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found within the sediments of reef flats and forereef slopes up to a depth of 30 m. It releases milky white, pointed Cuvierian tubules in large quantities when disturbed (Ref. 85218).
