Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits the intertidal at mid low water neap tide to 11m depths. Found in a variety of sandy substrates, including fine sand mixed with shell or fine sand, pure fine sand, reddish sand, sandy pools in seagrass meadows, as well as medium and coarse sands mixed with shell and gravel (Ref. 128866).
