Distribution:  Northeast Atlantic and Western Indian Ocean: Oman, Iraq and Iran.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on bay, nearshore and estuarine habitats (Ref. 116102). Also in the intertidal in the early winter, and feeds on Zostera spp., Enteromorpha spp. and saltmarsh plants (Ref. 108095).
