Distribution:  Arctic, Northern Pacific and Northern Atlantic: from California, USA to Alaskan Arctic and Chukchi, east to Baffin Bay, Kara and Laptev Seas, south to Japan. Polar to tropical.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 125117. Known on bathyal, infralittoral and circalittoral of the Gulf and estuary (Ref. 87872). Feeds on detritus (Ref. 96428).
