Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Typically restricted to shallow back-reef margins, but also occurs in reef flats and lagoons (Ref. 98471). Simultaneous hermaphrodite (Refs. 97272, 113712) (Ref. 97272). Spring to summer (Ref. 113712).
