Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan.
Diagnosis:  "Pale yellow" color. Proboscis long and narrow with an abruptly pointed tip. Skin is thin and partly semi-transparent; covered with poorly developed small papillae. Numerous small hooks with curved and pointed apex crowds the mid-genital groove.
