Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 15 - 70 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: USA to Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Male/unsexed size from Ref. 865. It is found on soft bottoms in subtidal areas to a depth of 48 meters. It is observed to clean parasites from sand bass Paralabrax nebulifer (Ref. 78494).
