Max. size:  30 cm H (male/unsexed)
Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 0 - 30 m
Distribution:  Eastern Pacific: Alaska to Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Solitary (Ref. 2377). It is found on rocks from the low intertidal to a depth of 30 meters (Ref. 865).
